If you want to assemble a collection where several guns are painted in the same style, skin series are a great way to do it. For instance, we recently talked about the Asiimov and Printstream series. And if you prefer noir comic styles and neon colors instead of futuristic designs, check out another popular series called Neo-Noir. Currently, it includes six skins, so you can show off stylish guns in various game situations.
The first skin of the Neo-Noir series appeared in CS2 in 2017, and since then the collection has been expanded several times. The series is created by skinmakers known as donshi and Blazer. All designs are painted using the same color palette — black and white illustrations with neon-bright pink and blue accents, where the pictures are not just applied to the contours of the weapons but are cleverly integrated into them. Skins from the Neo-Noir series would be a great addition to your collection, and you can purchase them at very attractive prices on LIS-SKINS.
M4A4 Neo-Noir

The most expensive skin in the Neo-Noir series is contested by several guns, as their prices can vary widely, especially the StatTrak versions. This is partly because the detailed design significantly loses quality with increased float, and as a result, versions with higher wear drop sharply in price. Therefore, if possible, consider options in "Minimal Wear" condition or better. If you focus on the average price, this skin, along with the UMP-45 Neo-Noir, can be considered the most affordable in the series.
When creating the M4A4 Neo-Noir, the skin author cleverly used the contours of the weapon to integrate the design: in the central part of the body, we see an image of a girl with a samurai sword behind her back, and her clenched fists fall on the stock and magazine. The rest of the weapon's elements are mainly painted in black and white with small additions of pink and blue.
AWP Neo-Noir

Fitting the image of a girl on the elongated body of the AWP Neo-Noir definitely required some creativity. This time, the comic heroine does not look directly at the player, but lies down, throwing her hand back. On the back of the stock, you can see the face of another girl. The scope and barrel of the weapon are covered with uneven colored stripes that follow the main palette of the skin. The cost of a regular AWP Neo-Noir can be around $30.
USP-S Neo-Noir

Of course, the series of "neon-noir" skins would not be complete without a pistol. USP-S Neo-Noir was added to the game in 2017 and has remained popular since. The pistol's body features an image of a girl lying on the ground, with her hair turning into an ornament on the handle. The silencer is covered with dynamic multicolored stripes in the same style as the AWP barrel.
Glock-18 Neo-Noir

The Glock-18 Neo-Noir is painted in a similar style, which is unsurprising given the compact body of the pistol doesn't have much space to fit an entire comic scene. Nevertheless, the authors managed it well. This time we see the profile of a lying girl's face, and her black hair wraps around the handle.
UMP-45 Neo-Noir

The UMP-45 Neo-Noir is the most recent addition to the series. The skin was added to the game in October 2024 as part of the Gallery Case, which appeared in The Armory update. The body of the weapon features a girl with flowing dark hair, and in her hand, she holds a sword surrounded by green flames, which extends the entire length of the magazine. The background of the drawing is left black and white with a few bright accents.
A great addition to this collection could be other skins with neon colors. You can find these and many other items at competitive prices in the LIS-SKINS catalog.
