At the beginning of February 2024, Valve developers finally pleased fans of the shooter CS2 with new skins. We can safely say that these are long-awaited updates: they have not been seen for a long time. Today we offer an overview of new skins in CS2.
The Kilowatt: Contents and Features of the New Case
The Kilowatt weapon case contains 17 skins for a variety of pistols, machine guns, rifles, and shotguns, as well as a new type of Kukri Knife as a rare special item. Another amazing discovery from this case — the first skin in the history of the shooter for the Zeus x27 stun gun. The skins were developed by authors from the Steam Workshop.
The case with new CS2 skins was released on February 7, 2024. Then the cost of a container reached $50, but now you can find offers 10 times cheaper.

AK-47 Inheritance / Legacy (Secret)
The luxuriously designed skin is decorated with a pattern that resembles traditional graceful Gzhel. A blue floral design is applied to the white parts of the gun, gilded — to white. The design traces the Chinese traditions of porcelain painting. The designer was also inspired by Dutch blue faience.
This new CS2 skin is not cheap: in factory new condition it will cost about $575, battle-scarred — $116. It belongs to the “Secret” category and drops out very rarely, making it a subject of interest for collectors and ordinary players alike.
AWP Chrome Cannon / Chrome Cannon (Secret)
A sniper gun capable of killing an enemy with just one shot stands out with its bright design: the surface is painted with spectacular paint with a mirror effect. The weapon is equipped with a carbon fiber optical sight.
The holographic new CS2 skin looks amazing and stylish in the game. AWP Chrome Cannon varies depending on quality and pattern. The probability of such a valuable specimen falling out — only 0.64%. Factory new price — $565, battle-scarred — $91.
USP-S Jawbreaker / Chisel (Classified)
The gun is decorated with an illustration of a dog with an open mouth and terrifying teeth. The silencer has the inscription "GOOD DOGGY." This new CS2 skin belongs to the classified quality category and is slightly inferior in value to secret skins.
Factory new price — $69, battle-scarred — $16. The skin drop rate is only 3.2%.
Zeus x27 Olympus / Olympus (Classified)
For the first time, the Zeus x27 shocker received a personal skin. Now it has a space design in spectacular black and blue colors. The body depicts the ancient Greek god Zeus throwing lightning. Factory new price — $57, battle-scarred — $17.
Its mechanics were reworked: developers changed the first-person view position, allowed usage in all CS2 modes after a reload delay of 30 seconds, and added a new killfeed icon.
M4A1-S Black Lotus / Black Lotus (Classified)
The rifle body has a unique design: a blooming lotus flower is depicted on a black background. Dark blue shades add a special mystery. Factory new price — $76, battle-scarred — $39.
Sawed-Off Analog Input (Restricted)
The skin for the shotgun is made in a minimalistic design with futuristic notes. The design references digital themes: the case resembles electronic circuits and wires. Colored diagonal stripes and the letters X, Y, B, and A are applied to the surface.
Restricted quality skins are not as rare as classified or secret ones, so they are cheaper. Factory new price — $6, battle-scarred — $2.5.
MP7 Just Smile / Smile (Restricted)
The design is bright and stylish, even optimistic. The background graffiti depicts a yellow smiling face with a purple border. Factory new price — $6.5, battle-scarred — $2.3.
