Team Spirit rifler Danil 'donk' Kryshkovets's autograph has become one of the most talked-about items in CS2 since the Major Shop launched. The donk Gold sticker from IEM Cologne Major 2026 is currently trading between $141 and $186 on third-party platforms, while inside the Counter-Strike 2 client it crossed ₽40,200 (52,996 tokens). On the Steam Market, the same sticker sits at just over ₽14,000 – less than half the in-client price.

And it nearly got even more extreme. Right after the Major Shop opened, the donk Gold sticker shot past $1,200 – that's 122,976 tokens. The community rushed to buy their favorite player's autograph, and for a brief window the sticker became one of the most expensive items in CS history.

The Gap with the Rest Is Enormous

ZywOo comes in second at 23,482 tokens (₽17,800) – already nearly two and a half times cheaper than donk's. Then come NiKo (17,799 tokens, ₽13,500), ropz (14,971 tokens, ₽11,300), and m0NESY (14,406 tokens, ₽10,900). The numbers speak for themselves: first place is nearly four times more expensive than fifth.

donk's status as the top player in the game hasn't been in question for a while. His average rating across 2025 was 1.42 – a tenth of a point ahead of ZywOo. The sticker market just confirmed what fans already knew: as far as the CS2 community is concerned, he's number one.

How the New System Works

For IEM Cologne Major 2026, Valve completely overhauled the familiar setup. Players now buy stickers directly through the Major Shop using tokens – no capsules, no RNG. Tokens convert at a rate of ₽0.76 each. Each sticker's price is dynamic and rises with demand. The system was already tested in the Genesis and Dead Hand operations, and has now rolled out for the year's biggest tournament.

The new system also includes price-drop protection: if a sticker you just bought drops in price shortly after, the system will refund part of the difference. Given how fast prices moved in the first hours after the shop opened, that protection is more than welcome.

Alongside that, Valve launched the Souvenir-O-Matic: any regular skin can now be converted into a souvenir, and souvenir skins can be used in trade-ups – something that was previously impossible.

Money and Conflicts Behind the Scenes

The new financial model has caused tension inside some organizations. Of total revenue from tokens and the Viewer Pass, Valve takes 50%, with the remaining 50% split between teams, players, and ESL. The top-ranked VRS team receives 2.85% of the pool, while teams at the bottom get 0.72%.

The core issue is that many contracts were signed under the old system, where revenue from team and player stickers flowed through separate channels. Now the full amount is split evenly between the organization and players, and some clubs have found themselves suddenly obligated to pay out far more than anticipated. According to HLTV, disputes have already broken out in several clubs over how to divide the new revenue – particularly where player contracts already included a share of the overall sticker pool.

IEM Cologne Major 2026 runs from June 2 to 21 in Cologne, Germany. Thirty-two teams compete for a $1.25 million prize pool at the Lanxess Arena. It's the fifth CS2 Major and one of the most anticipated in years. Team Spirit, with donk on the roster, are among the favorites – and if he delivers on LAN the way he has over the past two years, that sticker could easily hit new price highs.
